The Retreat Apartment in Rome is situated close to the famous Spanish Steps , right in the heart of Rome where the world's most famous top models have walked the catwalk and close to the equally famous Barcaccia fountain , which was created by Bernini in 1627. The Retreat Apt at the Spanish Steps is near to Rome’s most important shopping streets: Via dei Condotti and Via del Babuino. Your Stay in Rome will be extremely comfortable because all touristic sites are within walking distance. Leave the comfort of your accommodation in the city centre and walk up to Piazza Navona , the Trevi Fountain , the Pantheon and the Colosseum area within just a few minutes. Go for a meal in the evening in Trastevere &44 with its abundance of bars and restaurants and stroll back home. The Retreat Apt at the Spanish Steps Rome has 2 bedrooms; one is a triple and the other a double bedroom. There is a large living room which faces the garden with television and dining area and sofas. Bed linen is included free of charge. The apartment also offers free DVDs and films. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and the Kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect to find in any home , including a washing machine , microwave , coffee machine , iron and ironing board , cooker , oven and fridge. The Bathroom is quite large in a modern style with bidet , toilet and bath/shower. The apartment also features a closet room where you can store your clothes. As you can see this is a fully equipped home away from home. IMPORTANT: The Retreat needs your exact arrival time and flightnumber! As this is an apartment , they are not on the premesis all day , and the staff needs to meet you at an agreed time at the apartment to check you in. Please note: - A cleaning fee of 49 Euros per stay will be charged &44 in order to clean the apartments; - You can book maximum of one apartment on the same name &44 in the same period; - Your credit card will not be charged; you will be required to pay cash for the apartment upon arrival. - It is not possible to leave your luggage after checkout as the property requires the apartment to be ready for the new guests; it is also against the law in Italy. The Retreat recommends you to use Termini station’s luggage section. |
