If you are a nature worshiper, the seclusion of Payangan area within this art and culture center of Ubud, is truly what you've been looking for. The attractive side around Payangan Around Payangan are many tourist attractions. First of all is Ubud the art village, it has daily dance performances, the art market, attractive boutiques, paintings range from cheap to expensive masterpieces. You can choose eating out at cheap restaurants or dine at fine dining restaurants, visit lively cafes with live music in the evening. This is also the place where to find ATMs, Banks & Money Changer. You can also visit the Antonio Blanco museum of paintings, the Monkey Forest or stroll along an 8 km street filled with handicraft shops straight from the local craftsmen at Tegalllang or ride on elephant back at Taro Safari Park 30 minutes away from Payangan. Lake Kintamani is 30 minutes up north. If you like white water rafting on Ayung River its just 20 minutes away. There are many other places to visit for nature's beauty, arts & handicrafts, sport or dining.
