It is located 3 miles south-east of Cat Ba, the largest eastern island in Halong Bay and a UNESCO recognized World Biosphere Reserve. The resort is divided into two separate areas over two different beaches. The beach facing Cat Ba town is Sunrise Beach, and the other, directed toward the East Sea, is Sunset Beach. The Sunrise Beach, which covers 1800m2 and is 180 meters long, has 6 two-floor cottages, a bar and a restaurant made from all-natural materials. It provides an amazing, and private, picturesque view of the peaceful bay, where Cat Ba’s distant coast is spotted with fishing boats and surrounded by hundreds of islets. All of the bungalows are made from all-natural materials and everything is designed to complement the natural surroundings. With its cozy ambiance and traditional Vietnamese-style accommodation (and not a bit of concrete in sight!), this is definitely an idyllic place to recharge frayed nerves. |
