Guests are welcomed to the hotel in the lobby, which is where they will find newspapers and a TV lounge. Younger guests will be in their element at the children's playground, while those travelling on business may take advantage of the hotel's conference facilities. Food is served in the breakfast room or the dining room and WLAN Internet access is available. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel car park and those wishing to discover the true beauty of the surrounding region may hire bikes at the hotel and do so under their own steam.The hotel is situated in the heart of Cognac vineyards, between Bordeaux and La Rochelle, in the mid-west of France. The centre of Cognac is approximately 15 km from the hotel and there are many Cognac-related sites within the vicinity, including Hennessy trading house (15 km) traditional Cognac distilleries (2 km) and guests can take part in Cognac and Pineau-tasting just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Laleu Airport is approximately 100 km away.
