La Sughera is a family run farm, surrounded by 28 hectares of cultivated soil with cereals, forages, olive trees, vineyards and vegetables. It is located at less than one kilometre from the Maremma Natural Park, and it is about 7 kilometres from the coast. The wild beach is a natural setting for local wildlife such as wild boars, deers, foxes, and squirrels, and is also good for safe bathing. It is ideal for people who love the quiet of this uncontaminated environment accompanied by the appropriate services. This 1900 farm house is the heart of the farming business. Its history is unique in 1838 it was acquired by Leopoldo di Lorenza in order to drain the Maremma.
