Hotel Overview : Hotel Casona Torre de Quijas ReocinSome of the delightful rooms to be found on the ground floor of this 1500 meter squared indiano casona, built in 1872, are a sitting room with fireplace, another sitting room with a small library containing books about Cantabria, and a glass-roofed patio.On the first floor furniture made from mahogany and from the modernist period and on the second floor lofted rooms with their original wooden beams creating a unique ambiance. Beyond the glass-roofed patio are 5 more rooms, two of which have facilities for the disabled. A beautiful garden planted with indigenous trees surrounds our Casona making it the perfect place to relax all year round. We have a total of 22 rooms, including 2 single rooms and a suite with sitting room. All the rooms are en-suite (two have hydromassage baths) and have heating, telephone and television and some adapted for the disabled. There is also private parking. We have connection wifi in rooms and halls. Breakfast at the Casona includes natural fruit juice, regional specialties, a fruit basket, olive oil, cheeses and cured meats. We have two large reception rooms, one with fireplace and the other a reading room (with books about the region), a dining-room and a central glass-roofed patio of 140 meter squared which together with an adjoining reception room makes the ideal location for weddings and business gatherings. |
