Thus wrote the “Theresianische Kataster”, a document where all properties of citizens of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg had to be registered, that there existed two breweries. One of them is probably the future Eifelbrau. She belonged at first to Hubertus Holtzemer and passed later on over to the property of Johann Pint.
