The hotel is the first descent hotel travelers come across on arriving by coach and this is a convenient location in terms of transport although the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the station itself. A range of accommodation is available here from budget dorm type rooms to standard more luxurious rooms. A bed in a triple room with public bath costs less than RMB50 and most rooms here are clean and quiet. The hotel restaurant offers local food and some other Chinese regional cuisine and there are a few small family run restaurants serving nice dishes just outside the hotel. The hotel is not far from the picturesque Mingjiang river and it is possible to walk from the hotel to the Mingjiang River bank. The legendary Leshan Giant Buddha is just 2km away. |
