There are many attractions nearby including museums, cafés, bars, restaurants, clubsfor culture vultures Museum Island and Unter den Linden are close by.This comfortable and quiet 3room-apartment (70 square metres) for 1-7 persons is situated in a nice and exclusive new building (built in 2000). Furnishings include high-quality carpet, balcony (access from one of the rooms and kitchen, furnished), 2 separate bedrooms with single beds, living room with TV and radio, 2 extra beds possible, wardrobe, safe, fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker, Bodum coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, etc. The bathroom is equipped with showerbathtub, WC and washbasin. A cot can also be booked at a cost of 5EUR per night. For car parking the host can give you a local motorway permit (10 EUR per day) for this neighbourhood.This apartment is offered on a self-catering basis and preferably to non-smokers. Late check-ins (between 10pm and 7 am) are possible for a 30 EUR late service charge. Bed linen and towels are included in rates. |
