THE RESORT : This splendid resort is located in the heart of the Loire Valley. The Loire Valley, famous for its favorable climate, was for centuries the residence of the French kings. This part of France is known for its rich gastronomy and wine, its exquisite castles of the Loire Valley, its well preserved medieval towns like Chinon or Saumur. Domaine Saint Hilaire is situated in an immense park around a 18 holes golf course. This resort with the total surface of 120 ha, is a unique place, full of history, composed of individual stone villas dating from the 19th century. These villas reflect the typical architectural style of the Loire Valley. Charming, authentic and serene are the words which describe the best the atmosphere at the resort. Ideal for holidays for couples, families, or between friends, you will be able to appreciate the serene and peaceful environment. The Domaine Saint Hilaire is composed of a Hotel (52 newly restored rooms), 22 apartments, a fine-dining restaurant, a 18 holes Golf course with putting practice, a bar & club house, outside swimming pool, tennis courts, fishing pond , pedestrian park, bowling pitch, mini golf, and ground multisport (tennis , football…) LE GOLF : The golf course was designed by a famous architect, Hubert Chesneau, in 1985. This golf course is perfectly incorporated in the surrounding countryside between ponds of water, woods and brooks. Stations of practice: 10 covered stations 30 external stations Improvement and introductory courses all the year, accessible on all levels.
