Having bought an amazing villa , they opened the CLUB KOTOBUKI (fear not , this is NOT a night club) at Castel San Pietro Romano , a jewel of a mediaeval village , perched on the acropolis of the most ancient classical temple , the Temple of Dea Fortuna at Palestrina , city of music.For Tony and Takeko it will be a constant pleasure to introduce their guests to the secrets of this little known part of Italy , so rich in art and history , and also full of genuine life which still remains almost untouched by tourism. Here you will find everything from saints to sausages , from cultural events to traditional local festivals , from works of art to rare birds and wolves. This is our idea of what tourism should be , and it is why we chose this area , so close to Rome but set in beautiful countryside rich in places of varied interest. |
