Hotel Overview : Caseta GraciaComfortable and affordable accommodation in one of our 5 small studios in Gracia district, 2 minutes walk from metro Joanic. Here you will find the comfort of a welcoming hostel but with the freedom of having your own bathroom and kitchen area. Each small flat is exterior and a size between 20m2 and 35m2. Some have shared terrace, other have a private balcony, all overlooking on a quiet and sunny street. Ideal accommodation for 2 guests although in some studios we can add a sofa-bed for 1-2 guests for a small additional rate. Easy accommodation for groups, backpackers, families and couples. Moreover each apartment has its own brand-new private bathroom; free WIFI connection in every studio. The whole building was totally restored in 2010 so you will be the first to enjoy such comfort at this very affordable rates. Dining area in every flat with small kitchen and fridge, utensils, TV, toasters. Brand new bathroom in every apartment with tub OR shower. In the heart of the Gracia district, 1 minute from metro Joanic. By metro, you can reach the city centre and the beach of Barceloneta in in 15 minutes ride, Paseo de Gracia, on the same yellow line is at 10 minutes or less. The apartments are on a 3th, 4th or 5th floor of a restored building with narrow staircase and without elevator. No washing machine. On the top floor you can enjoy the shared terrace where in the summer you have full access to sunbathing. Accommodation close to Puigvert Iuna clinic, the lively Gracia district, Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. Here you won't miss the noise of the city center that is just only 15minutes away by metro. |
