Hotel Overview : Blooms HotelThe Blooms Hotel is located between Grafton Street and Henry Street Areas; right in the centre of Temple Bar. Blooms is located next door to Trinity College which houses the Book of Kells, and is only 15 minutes walk from The Guinness Storehouse. Blooms is only a few meters from the Aircoach stop from the Airport, a few minutes walk from Connolly Train Station and the Red and Green Luas stops.The Blooms Hotel houses 100 full ensuite bedrooms from a combination of Double, Twin, Triple and Quad rooms. All rooms have flat screen televisions, safety deposit boxes and some rooms have balconies. All rooms were refurbished in 2009 and offer basic, comfortable, budget accommodation in a superb location. Wi-Fi is available in communal areas only and is free. Blooms Hotel is named after James Joyce’s legendary character Leopold Bloom from his award-winning novel Ulysses. The Blooms Hotel houses the well known traditional Irish bar-the VAT House- which offers whiskeys and serves a range of international dishes.
