The hotel has been constructed with wood originally from the Arctic Circle. The centre uses renewable energy sources. It offers 8 apartments in total. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, cloakroom, kiosk, mini-supermarket, hairdressers' salon, bar, pub, nightclub, library, conference facilities, Internet access, a laundry service (subject to fees), and bicycle hire service. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form of a car park and parking garage.

The centre offers natural medicine therapies, which are intended to compliment more conventional medicine as a way to improve overall health. On offer are a variety of treatments and therapies, massage treatments (subject to fees), reflexology and Zen shiatsu. Guests may also participate in therapeutic courses that the centre organises, or take advantage of the sauna (subject to fees), balneotherapy-spa or hot tub. Archery, horse riding, mountain biking, minigolf and golf (the nearest golf course is 13 km away in Cardedeu) are readily available (all are subject to fees). Those looking to hone their physiques are will enjoy a visit to the hotel gym (subject to fees).

Reception schedule: From Monday till Friday: 9 am to 2 pm, and from 4 pm to 9 pm. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays: 10 am to 1 pm. For check-in outside of these set times, guests will need to indicate such at the time of reservation, or directly inform the hotel in advance.
