Paris Walking Tour Adventure for Kids

Paris isn't just for grown-ups, the kids will love all the city has to offer on these walking tours. Join the fun or leave them in the capable hands of a qualified local mom who will show them there is more to Paris than just the Eiffel Tower. With a varied program of daytime activities for children between the ages of 7 and 12, walking tours are limited to a maximum of 5 kids. Every child gets plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get to know their fellow adventure seekers!

Moms and dads are welcome to join the tours. There's 3 walking tours to choose from, depending on how long you would like to spend the day:

Right Bank:
On this tour, kids choose where to visit. See fire-eaters, mimes and musicians, enter the glass tubes of the Pompidou Center or see the crazy fountain of Nikki St Phalle with robots and squirting art. Set out on a journey of illusion at the magic museum, with magicians who perform conjuring and card tricks. Maybe meet 500 dolls and view their lovely homes or visit the beautiful Marais district, walking through secret passages and hidden gardens. Tour ends with a picnic and a soccer game in the park.

Left Bank:
On this fun packed walking tour of Paris' Left Bank, the itinerary is decided by the children. Visit the oh-so-Parisian park - le Jardin du Luxembourg, to sail toy boats, or ride the wooden animals of the merry go round. See the best puppet show in France or race pedal-powered cars. Visit the natural history museum with a cool parade of life-size African animals. Travel back in time at the museum of the middle ages to see mythical creatures, learn about knights in shining armor, take a trip to the tropics at the Grande Serre, a giant greenhouse turned urban jungle!

Island Magic:
On this fabulous kids' tour of Paris, your young explorer will check out the spectacular rose window, gargoyles and magnificent cloister portal of Notre Dame Cathedral. They'll love views of Paris and close-up meetings with gargoyles when they climb to the cathedral roof. Walk into a rainbow of stained-glass windows at Sainte Chapelle, and visit Marie-Antoinette's cell. The tour continues to the flower market, bird market and an archaeological crypt.
