Outer Great Barrier Reef Dive and Snorkel Sailing Cruise from Cairns

Never dived before but fancy giving it a try during your Tropical North Queensland holiday? There's no better place to scuba dive than the Great Barrier Reef, and the Outer Great Barrier Reef Dive and Snorkel Sailing Cruise from Cairns is perfect for both first-time and certified divers. Complete one or two dives on a relaxing day trip to two Great Barrier Reef sites onboard a luxury catamaran.

Your first stop for the day is Oyster Reef where you'll have exclusive access to the pristine reef for the morning. Oyster Reef is clear, shallow and teeming with marine life, a fantastic snapshot of the vast Great Barrier Reef. After a tropical buffet lunch which includes seafood, you'll sail to your second stop of the day. Upolu Reef is teeming with marine life and sightings of giant clams, moray eels and turtles are common. If you are really lucky, you may even see small reef sharks silently glide by.

You have the choice of trying an introductory dive at one or both of the sites - no experience or qualifications are necessary. Certified dives are also available for certified divers (don't forget to bring your documentation on the day). After diving there will also be time for snorkeling. If you prefer not to dive at all, you can join the cruise as a snorkeler with all equipment provided.
