Congo Town Airport on South Andros Island is only a short, enjoyable 60 minute flight from US Shores and a 20 minute hop from Nassau, the capital city of The Bahamas. Below is a list of different travel options: From Fort Lauderdale, Florida If you want to avoid Nassau (and typically save a day of travel), fly to Fort Lauderdale and use a private charter service to fly directly to South Andros Island (MYAK), where you can clear customs and immigration.
