“Stoke House Carcoar” consists of the original “Stoke Hotel” which contains four bedrooms with ensuites, managers quarters, large lounge room and a dining room. Attached to the rear of the main building is a new cafe and state of the art kitchen. Dining is available within the cafe, on the surrounding verandahs or in the stunning gardens adjoining the cafe. A fully self contained two bed roomed cottage is located within the grounds to the rear of the main buildings.
