Just 50 metres away is the entrance to Palm Grove National Park, whilst a leisurely 15-minute stroll will bring you to Gallery Walk, the artistic heart of Tamborine Mountain.Justly famed for its coffee shops, restaurants, craft shops and galleries. This quaint village has its own eclectic atmosphere. The Witches Chase Cheese Factory and the Distillery in Beacon road are always worth a visit. On certain days you can watch the hang gliders who take off from Main Western Road. On the second and the last Sunday of each month there are markets on the mountain.
