There is also the Beach Studio which has similar fine furnishings as the main residence is designed to offer extra privacy for two people. Four separate entertaining areas; fully equipped gourmet kitchen; four bedrooms ,2 bathrooms laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities; double carports with direct access into living area. The Studio has an extra bedroom, Kitchen, bathroom, and parking.The Beach House is a stunning contemporary design . It is sheltered by the dunes and only a short walk from the regions safest beach and one of the world class surf breaks. The solar passive design creates a unique combination of inside and outside space. The north facing aspect is all glass and can be opened up completetly by cafe folding doors to flood the huge living area with light, air, birdsong and the sound of the sea. |

The Beach House is a ten minute drive from the heart of Margaret River. At the top of the main street of Margaret River, turn right into Wallcliffe Road, continue for five kilometres, cross over Caves Road, turn immediately right and continue along Wallcliffe Road for approximately another five kilometres, turn left into Riedle Drive at the Margarets Beach Resort, left into Freycinet Way until you reach the T intersection. The Beach House is directly on your left.
