Choose between any one of our luxurious rooms and suites. Anchor Bay Suites: Set in a broad sweeping arc along Anchor Bay, with easy access to the main Lodge, Anchor Bay Suites offer captivating sea views and each has a pathway leading directly to the beach. Seamlessly blending indoors and out in an elegant and spacious open plan design, a large verandah with daybed is one of the many comforts. Anchor Bay Suites also feature a Bose sound system with a CD player and iPod connectivity. Sunset Point Villas: Sunset Point Villas are set high on Sunset Ridge amongst native eucalyptus bushland. Providing filtered sea views over Anchor Bay or Sunset Beach, these Villas offer privacy and easy access to a string of secluded beaches. Each Villa has a private deck with comfortable Australian timber chairs and a hammock. Sunset Point Villas also feature a Bose sound system with CD player and iPod connectivity. Anchor Bay Rooms: Located in a tropical garden setting with easy access to Anchor Bay and the beach, Anchor Bay Rooms have a private balcony with hammock. Interiors are compact but comfortable and include a Bose sound system with CD player and iPod connectivity. Anchor Bay Rooms with two separate sleeping areas are also available. Lizard Island is accessed by air from Cairns Airport in northern Queensland, Australia. Cairns Airport is accessible from all major Australian airports and directly from some cities in Asia. The property will commence soft refurbishment to both the Anchor Bay Rooms and The Pavilion at Lizard Island from Monday, 30 Jan 12 and are expected to be completed by Wednesday, 29 Feb 12. During this period there will be minimal noise and disruption to guests between 9am-5pm. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Lizard Island Resort will commence soft refurbishment works to both the Anchor Bay Rooms and The Pavilion at Lizard Island from Monday, 30 January 2012 and are expected to be completed by Wednesday, 29 February 2012. During this period there will be minimal noise and disruption to guests and the majority of the work will be restricted between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. |
