Hotel Overview : Le Domaine Aux Quat'SaisonsWe offer guests 5 individually designed rooms in a substantial and elegant 3-storey Languedoc country mansion with superb 2 acre garden, swimming pool and vineyard. The house dates back to the 1880s and its original features are still in place: ornate balustrades, panelling and cornicing, eye-catching tiled floors and a series of flamboyant marble fireplaces. Fluffy towels, hairdryers, bathrobes, free Wi-Fi, and CD players are some of the modern comforts that we also provide. We have created a series of living spaces which stylishly marry wood block prints from Japan, thankas from Tibet, Persian carpets and Thai silks, Italian chandeliers, deco bedroom suites and 'arts & crafts' tables and chairs. Comfort and style are combined with a unique flair. Guests may use either of guests salons, indoor dining and breakfast rooms, as well as the outdoor terraces and gardens. Unlike chain hotels, we really do care that you have an excellent holiday with us and we work hard on every detail. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace, weather permitting. We offer excellent cuisine from produce sourced locally. Our cuisine is seasonal and fresh and reflects the flavours and dishes of the South of France and is specially prepared by our trained chef.
