Maitland town centre is only minutes away from the resort and there are various shops also only a short drive away. The resort is less than 2 hours drive from Sydney and is within 30 minutes of Newcastle airport. The Hunter Tennis Resort consists of: 5 synthetic grass day/night courts Swimming Pool and BBQ area Club House and amenities Car parking for 45 cars The Morpeth Lodge Motel Resident Tennis Coaches Outdoor Exersite Circuit walking/running track The Morpeth Lodge Motel consists of 9 new units, each with single or double beds, ensuite, air-conditioner and heater facilities, TV, DVD player, safe, bar fridge, toaster and kettle with tea and coffee provided. A separate common room/kicthen facility is also available for visitors use. The motel has a capacity to hold 24 guests and individual or group bookings are accepted. There are several restaurant/cafes in Morpeth which are only 15 minute walk or 1 minute driveaway. A Continental Breakfast Basket is available at the motel if required at $7.00 per person. |
