Bedside tables and individual reading lamps are provided on each side of the Queen size beds. Electric blankets are fitted and extra blankets and pillows are provided. Eating : A breakfast preparation bar is provided for your continental breakfast, along with toaster, electric jug, tea and plunger coffee facilities and utensils as well as a two person dining table. The adjacent kitchen has all of the cooking and preparation tools needed for you to fully self-cater during your visit. The Fig Tree B&B is in the picturesque hamlet of Baudin Beach. Formerly known as American Beach, it was renamed in April 2002 to honour the French explorer, Nicholas Baudin, who was the first to circumnavigate Kangaroo Island. If arriving by ferry, Baudin Beach is approximately 7 minutes west of Penneshaw on the main Kingscote Highway, if arriving by air, approximately 30 minutes east of the Airport.
