It is sited on 3 acres of absolute coastal frontage with commanding views of Emu Bay and Cape Des'Taing. The property also boasts a "private beach" within metres of the front door. The layout of the house (floor plan attached) makes it ideal for one or two families with its four bedrooms, the 2 master bedrooms having views of the bay. |

All children and guests are welcome at Fairfield House. Fairfield House is well suited to 2 family living, sleeping up to 12 persons in absolute comfort. There is an additional charge of $20 per person per night during the normal season and $25 per night during peak periods.

There is an abundance of wildlife on Kangaroo Island including penquins, wallabiles, goannas, echidnas and bird life, all of which can be seen on our property from time to time.
Transportation - Fairfield House Emu Bay
Emu Bay is only 15-20 minutes (20km) west of Kingscote and approximately 15 minutes from the Kingscote Airport. Fairfield House is located on the western headland of Emu Bay affording expansive views of Emu Bay. Drive through Emu Bay along the coast road past the jetty. The road will take you to a left hand elbow then turn right at the T junction along the first dirt road (Bayview Road). Fairfield House is signposted.
